- Southern girl, born and bred from New Orleans, LA. Creole by birth, father, grand and great grand fathers born on the island once known as San Dominque, now called Haiti, one of the Gens Du Colour. Mother native of Mississippi. Both cultures have profoundly enriched my love for life as well as love of self. I am both grateful and blessed to come from such a diverse and passionate background. Respectfully so..I am a gourmet cook, mostly creole dishes ( etoufe's, gumbos, jambalayas, pannes, stews, soups, chowders etc) as well as soul food, or as my great grand pare would say.. "food for the soul", down home Southern dishes, Italian, Greek, Mediterrean, and a few Asian dishes. I also love to incorporate various spices into my meals, those which envoke passion and stimulate the libido as such; these combination of spices have been known to how do you say make your dining experience a bit more sensual and pleasurable as well as promote a much healthier outcome. Currently working on self publications of (1) cook book, and (1) book of poems.
